Refunds

No payment can currently be initiated from AblitAI. Final jurisdiction-specific purchase and refund terms will be published before paid checkout opens.

Card purchases

If Dodo card checkout is enabled, request a refund through the receipt or use the verified support channel published at launch with the Dodo payment reference. Dodo will process approved card refunds as merchant of record. Before approval, consumed credits may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law. A full provider-confirmed refund revokes the corresponding credit grant. A partial refund revokes a proportional cumulative share; already-spent reversed credits may create reversal debt.

Bitcoin purchases

If Bitcoin checkout is enabled, Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed on the network. For a duplicate payment or prolonged service failure, contact support with the BTCPay invoice ID and a refund address. Network and conversion fees may be deducted where legally permitted.

Lost keys

An account number alone is not proof of ownership. We normally cannot move or refund credits from an account whose API key and payment reference have both been lost.
