Refunds

Card purchases

Request a refund through the receipt or contact [email protected] with the Dodo payment reference. Dodo processes approved card refunds as merchant of record. Before approval, consumed credits may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by law. When a refund succeeds, all remaining credits from that purchase are revoked automatically.

Cryptocurrency

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. For a duplicate payment or prolonged service failure, contact support with the BTCPay invoice ID and a refund address. Network and conversion fees may be deducted where legally permitted.

Lost keys

An account number alone is not proof of ownership. We normally cannot move or refund credits from an account whose API key and payment reference have both been lost.
