Private-beta terms

Bitcoin checkout is open in beta; card checkout is closed. These private-beta terms govern credit purchases that complete. Operator identity, service address, and governing-law disclosures continue to evolve during beta.

Service

AblitAI provides metered access to open-weight models through an OpenAI-compatible interface. Model behavior, context limits, speed, and availability may change. Private-beta service is provided without a guaranteed service-level agreement.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for securing your pseudonymous account number and API keys. Anyone possessing a valid key can consume its credits. AblitAI cannot recover a lost key or prove ownership from an account number alone.

Credits

If paid credits become available, they will represent prepaid service usage, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. All prices are USD. One credit pays for one prompt or generated token included in usage.total_tokens. If a stream is interrupted after upstream response data begins but before final usage is available, it may be charged up to that request's reserved maximum. We may correct demonstrable metering errors.

Checkout eligibility

Bitcoin beta checkout does not require a customer-facing location attestation. Card checkout remains closed and any future card rail remains subject to provider acceptance and eligibility rules. A visible pack or account does not mean that every payment method is open—check the live catalog.

Permitted use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Access to a less-restricted model does not authorize illegal conduct or harm to others.

Availability

The private beta uses single-GPU capacity and has no service-level agreement. We may pause service for maintenance, capacity limits, security, abuse response, provider failure, or legal requirements. Any future purchase terms and refund obligations remain subject to mandatory consumer law and the final jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
